According to Floyd County Jail records, Hayden Lee Tucker was arrested at the store on charges of being a public drunk.  Police say that Tucker got into a scuffle with a Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputy and allegedly bit the deputy.

Tucker was charged with several misdemeanors, including: simple assault, public drunk, criminal trespass, battery against law enforcement officers and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution.

In addition to the misdemeanor charges, Tucker was charged with four felony counts of obstruction of an officer.
