A Summerville man was arrested on March 4th after he was reported to be at a convenience store that had trespassed him from the property in the past.  Summerville Police responded to the Circle K on the Lyerly Highway after store employees reported that thirty-one-year-old Jerry Michael Luallen had been in the store.  Luallen had been banned from the store earlier due to “erratic behavior”, according to police.  When officers arrived at the store, Luallen had left, but they quickly apprehended him nearby on Highway 114.  Luallen was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
