Chattooga County deputies responded to a 911 call to the Lyerly Drive Thru on Tuesday morning around 4:30 AM.  An employee at the drive thru said that a man was walking around the building beating on the doors and windows and demanding food.  The employee went to the gas station nearby and called 911.  When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Billy Dewayne Tapp.  Tapp had a clear bag of suspected methamphetamine in his possession when he was found at the gas station near the drive-thru restaurant.  Tapp was arrested and transported to the Chattooga County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine.
