A Chattooga County man with two warning for criminal trespass was arrested after going through the trash cans at an area convenience store.

According to a report released Monday by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, a sheriff’s deputy was assisting a Trion Police Officer at the store.  Trion Police and the store manager said that Jeremy Crump had allegedly exposed himself to a female customer.  Officers and the deputy were not sure if that was Crump’s intention as they noted in the report that he was having a hard time keeping his pants pulled up because he has lost so much weight.

Mr. Crump told the deputy and officers that he was rummaging through the trash in an attempt to find something to eat.

Mr. Crump was transported to the Chattooga County Jail on criminal trespass charges without incident.
