A forty-two-year-old Summerville man was arrested on Thursday of last week after he admitted to drinking all day and getting into an argument with a former girlfriend.  Summerville Police say that Robert Blaine Rehorn had been arguing with the woman and then left and went to the Circle K convenience store on Commerce Street.  Police said that while they were talking with Rehorn, they could smell a strong odor of alcohol on his person and that he was unsteady on his feet.  Rehorn was arrested and charged with public intoxication and booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
