A 71-year-old Douglasville man was arrested in Floyd County on Tuesday on charges of aggravated child molestation, obscene internet contact with a child, and use of a computer service to entice a child.
According to Floyd County Jail Records:
Kenneth Ray Kennedy engaged in online sexual conversations with someone he thought was under the age of 14 and requested that the child meet up at a location in Floyd County.
Police took Kennedy into custody at the arranged meet-up location.
