A thirty-seven-year old man was arrested over the weekend after he was found at an address on Susie Lane and had been previously warned not to go there.  According to a report from the Summerville Police Department, Buddy Allan Rooker walked into the garage at the location and sat down and refused to leave.  When police arrived on the scene, they arrested Rooker and charged him with loitering and prowling and also charged him with probation violation.  Rooker was on probation after being charged with battery and and simple battery.
