Yesterday a man that lives in Trion was charged in the death of Wilburn Jarrett who passed away on April 27th.  Jarrett had passed away from injuries received in an accident on April 6th.  Jarrett was hospitalized in Chattanooga for 21 days before he passed away. 

Nineteen year old Raichard Francisco of Trion has been charged with homicide by vehicle in the second degree which is a misdemeanor.
