A 25-year old Rome man was jailed Friday on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Jammaricca Lavoris Keith, of a Rollingwood Drive address, was arrested at East Main Street at Glover.

Reports state that Keith resisted arrest and was in possession of a green, leafy substance that he admitted was synthetic marijuana.

Keith was additionally charged with obstruction of officers.
