A twenty-six-year-old Cedar Bluff, Alabama man was arrested on criminal trespass charges last week in Summerville. Summerville Police say that earlier in the day on August 1st, they had written a citation to Christopher Chapman and warned him not to go back to an Oak Street address. Chapman was originally charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation at the address. Later that same day, police received another complaint about Chapman, saying he had returned and gotten into an altercation. Chapman was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on charges of criminal trespass because he was warned earlier the same day about returning to the Oak Street Address.
