Roper leveled trespass charges against an employee who quit his job, but tried several times to re-enter the property.

Nineteen-year-old Brian T. Brewer of Rossville told officers he believed his dad, who also works in LaFayette, was in the plant parking lot to pick him up.  He was refused entry at least three times, according to the report.

When he walked past the gate again, he was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

Brewer was booked into the Walker County Jail, according to reports.
