Rome Police said a man waved a gun in a local restaurant while drunk on Sunday evening.

According to reports, 34 year old Chong Sun Kim of Rome was apparently intoxicated when he waved the gun around at the Turner McCall Boulevard restaurant he also stands accused of harassing a female customer and falling of a bar stool; police said they also found a small bag of suspected cocaine in his right front pocket.  Kim was charged with terroristic threats and acts, possession of cocaine, reckless conduct and city drunk.

He is being held on bond of $11,200.
