Walker County Detectives are investigating what appears to be a domestic violence related death near Hutcheson Medical Center.

According to reports, two men were engaged in a physical altercation and as a result – both were carried to the hospital, with one of the two dying there.

The victim has been identified as 54 year old Tory Creek; his body has been sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy.

The incident took place Tuesday evening at a home on Orchard Avenue off Park City Road near the Parkside Nursing Home.

No arrests have been made in connection with the case.
