A Summerville attorney called police on Monday of this week after he found someone inside his vehicle. 

According to Summerville Police, Attorney Albert Palmour called police to report that someone was inside his vehicle that was parked on Cox Street behind his law office.

Police arrested nineteen-year-old Jimmy Gowen and charged him with entering an auto to commit theft.  Gowen was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
