A Sloppy Floyd Lake Road Summerville man was arrested for DUI after he backed into another vehicle in the Dollar General Store parking lot in Summerville.  Summerville Police reported that twenty-six-year-old Charles Joshua Miller backed into the vehicle with his 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer.  Miller admitted to police that he had “three of the big cans” of beer before the accident.  After a breath sensor test, Miller was arrested on Friday of last week and booked into the Chattooga County Jail on DUI charges.
