A man was shot and killed Saturday in the 500 block of Hardy Avenue and another one was taken to the hospital with injuries that are described as non-life threatening. 

According to Lt. Josh Kerce, with the Rome Police Department, that shooting victim was 27-year-old Jimmie Sellers II. 

The suspect, 29-year-old Briones Ladon Wofford is being booked into the Floyd County Jail on several charges including homicide and aggravated assault. A second suspect, 33-year-old Tanneh Gueh of Norcross address is also charged with homicide. 

The second victim, a 40-year-old man, is being treated at the hospital. 

Police are still investigating and do not have a motive at this time.
