A Rose Circle, Trion woman reported this week that she loaned her EBT card to a man to go to the store and get her “something to drink.” 

The woman says that she didn’t know the person she gave the card to.  She described him as being 5’9″ and he was driving a “green truck with mud on it.”

The incident was referred to an investigator.
