Is the Georgia Master Gardener Extension Volunteer Program

for you? First, ask yourself these questions:

– Do I have enough time to attend the training & complete my volunteer hours ?

(50 hours first year)

-Am I eager to participate in a practical and intensive training program?

– Do I look forward to sharing my knowledge with people in my community?

-Do I want to learn more about plants, insects, diseases, best management

practices, gardening and more?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, you may want to consider the

Chattooga County Master Gardener Program!

Classes will start Wednesday January 9th and go to Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Classes will

meet on Wednesdays with the exception of two classes to be scheduled for Tuesday January 22

and Tuesday, February 12th. They will be held at the Floyd County Cooperative Extension Office
