An accident in Gore on Thursday morning sent a person to the hospital with minor injuries.  The Georgia State Patrol told WZQZ News that they responded to the call about an accident at the intersection of Gore-Subligna Road and Highway 27 at 11:04 AM.  The trooper says that a GMC Acadia was traveling on Gore-Subligna Road and attempted to cross over Highway 27 and drove into the path of a Ford Super Duty truck.  The Acadia struck the Ford in the right side which caused the truck to spin out of control.  More information on the accident will be forthcoming once a report is completed by the Georgia State Patrol Post in Rome.
