Missing paperwork has lead to an active warrant with a charge of theft by taking according to reports from the Summerville Police Department.

On Thursday, October 21st, Officers met with Kimberly Mcrae, who stated that the accordion file of paperwork stored in her car was missing.  Mcrae stated the file was kept in the pouch behind her drivers seat and it was now missing after letting Robert Wofford drive her car. Mcrae was unable to give a better description of the paperwork except to say it was important business papers.

Officers traveled to Woffords house where they were informed that Wofford was not at home, having traveled to Cartersville to pickup his car. This case is still active.
