Mrs. Betty Louise Millican Miller, age 93, of Trion, GA, died Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Pruitt Healthcare of LaFayette.
Mrs. Miller was born June 21, 1932, in Silver Creek, GA, daughter of the late Floyd Lester Fowler and Josephine Cagle Fowler. She was of the Church of God faith, and prior to her retirement, had worked in textiles.
Betty always loved the Lord, her children, and all of her grandchildren. She always had a smile on her face and loved everyone. She had a heart of gold and cared for many others in her lifetime. She always loved to sing gospel music, praise God, plant flowers, work in a garden, and can food.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Millican; a son, Danny Duvall; daughter, Teresa Pickle; brothers, Tom Fowler, Jack Fowler, Buck Fowler; sisters, Jeanette Davenport, Lynn Kurtz, Virginia Barfield, and Lenamae Miller.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Misty (Scott) Clements, Haley (Jerry) Langston, Melanie (Terry) Bolden; Kiley (Michael) Cochran, Dana (Matt) Smith, Dallas (Jennifer) Duvall; son-in-law, Jonathan Pickle; and chosen son, Danny Mulinax; as well as several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rockland Hughes and Rev. Steve Collins officiating. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Scott Clements, Michael Cochran, Eddie Davenport, Danny Mullinax, Jonathan Pickle, and Damien Agan. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren and the C.N.A.’s of Pruitt Healthcare.
Mrs. Miller will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Wednesday.
