She Graduated in 1984 with her M.S.N. from the University of Maryland to pursue her career as a Nurse.  She was a member of the Faith Temple Church in Berryton, Georgia.  Her main interest was her Family, Her beautiful home and her dog Copper.

She will be remembered as a beautiful soul that cared for her family, children and loved to help people.

She is Survived by her loving husband Robert B. Croy, Children; Justin (Maria) Croy of North Port, FL., Jeff (Dawn) Croy of Bradenton, FL., William (Pat) Croy of Foley, AL., Jeffrey Croy of Bradenton, FL., Alex Croy of Bradenton, FL., Siblings, Elaine Pledger, grandchildren; Gerald Nelson and Joey Nelson and Niece Missy Carr.

She is preceded in death by her father, Dewitt Harold Venable, Mother Lessie Lucille Brown, brother Harold Venable, Sisters, Shirley Benedict, Glenda Harden, Doris Grant and Jean Wooten.

Memorial contributions (in lieu of Flowers) can be made to St. Jude Hospital.
