Aspiring young ladies of Trion City Schools have an extended opportunity to register for the Ms. Trion Pageant, with the new deadline set for March 7, 2025. This fundraising event supports The Pride of Trion Band program to help maintain high performance standards. The pageant welcomes all female students from Trion City Schools, featuring categories from Wee Miss Trion (Pre-K – Kindergarten) to Miss Trion (10th-12th Grade).

Other specific categories include Tiny Miss Trion (1st and 2nd Grade), Petite Miss Trion (3rd and 4th Grade), Little Miss Trion (5th and 6th Grade), and Junior Miss Trion (7th-9th Grade). Reigning queens can also enter higher categories if they meet the grade requirement. The directors may combine categories if there are too few participants. Contestants can apply through a Google Form on the Trion City Schools website (www. trionschools.org) or with a paper application.

The entry fee is $40, which can be paid online or via check by March 1st. A Miss Photogenic competition requires an additional $10 fee and two submitted photos. Friends and family can vote for the People’s Choice Award at $1 per vote. A mandatory rehearsal is on Friday, March 14th, at the high school gym with staggered times by category.

Contestants must follow a strict dress code available on the school website, and a photographer will be present for pictures.
