
The Trion Bulldogs football team has thirteen players in quarantine as of yesterday, that according to Trion City School Superintendent Dr. Phil Williams. Dr. Williams told WZQZ News on Friday afternoon that five of the team’s starters were among the thirteen in quarantine. In addition to the thirteen football players currently quarantined, there are seven Trion Bulldog players who are on the injury list. Dr. Williams said that the players in quarantine didn’t play in last night’s match-up with Mt. Zion and will not be participating in next Friday’s game when the Bulldogs take on their arch-rival Gordon Lee.
