The Summerville News is reporting today that allegations of nude photos of a man’s wife lands the Chattooga County resident in jail.  Fourty one year old Mark Winford Poole believed that a man had nude pictures of his wife on a cell phone. He confronted the unidentified man about the pictures and as the man attempted to pull out his cell phone to refute the allegation, Poole struck the man with metal pole.  Poole was charged with aggravated assault as a result of the incident.
