Chattooga County officials were briefed Sunday afternoon by the National Weather Service in Peachtree City.  Officials were told that the system moving into Georgia starting tonight (Sunday) looks like a mosty rain event.  There is a slight chance for some light snow overnight tonight and early Monday morning.

The National Weather Service said that the system is not going to be as bad as was first thought.  On Friday there was some question as to if the moisture and cold air would come together at the right time for a major winter storm.
