The City of Summerville has two new business license applications. Both were filed earlier this month. One license is for Jane's Place at 990 Commerce Street, which is between Cleghorn Street and Kelly Street. City Manager Russell Thompson said he's not sure what type of business that is. So Precious Dresses filed an application for a C-2 zoning classification business to be located at 33A Marvin Avenue just off Highway 27/Commerce Street, near Twist and Shake and Summerville Florist.
