A group of Chattooga County residents, many of them Veterans will be traveling to Washington D.C. this June for a "D-Day Celebration."   The trip is presented by Clark Tours and will be for six days and five nights in the nation’s capital.

Chattooga County resident and veteran’s advocate Odell Anderson along with State Representative Barbara Massey Reece will be traveling with the group.  The group will be visiting the World War II Memorial as well as the Viet Nam and Korean War Memorials.  On Sunday, June 5 the group will attend a service at the National Cathedral.
