Floyd County coroner Barry Henderson said Thursday afternoon that the body found in Coosa on Wednesday morning was unable to be positively identified and additional tests will have to be preformed.

The grisly discovery was made by a man who Floyd County police say had lost a dog and was walking through the wood searching for it.

At that time, sources said that items found at the scene lead them to believe that the body is that of James “Booney” Wade who had been missing since Christmas of last year.
