A major industrial development in Northwest Georgia has now reached full capacity after securing a second international tenant.
According to a recent report, the Gordon Logistics Center in Adairsville— a massive one-million-square-foot warehouse facility—has been fully leased out by developer Thor Equities Group.
The addition of another overseas company fills the remaining space at the facility, marking a significant milestone for industrial growth in the region. The site includes both warehouse and manufacturing space, making it attractive for global companies looking to expand operations in the Southeast.
The development highlights the continued demand for industrial space along the Interstate 75 corridor, which runs through Northwest Georgia and serves as a key logistics route for distribution across the country.
Economic leaders say projects like this not only bring international investment to the area, but also help create jobs and strengthen the region’s role as a growing hub for manufacturing and logistics.
