Jessie James Wheeler of a Cedartown, Georgia, address is wanted by authorities on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Attempting to Elude and Failure to Appear.

Wheeler is described as a white male six feet tall weighing 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
