Little information has yet been made available, but it has been confirmed that one person was fatally injured Tuesday afternoon in Polk County in an wreck involving a log truck and a mail truck.

Both lanes were closed down for a considerable period of time on the Cedartown/U.S. 27 Bypass near Collard Valley Road.
