When Lafayette Police Officers arrested 23 year old William Rheashane McHan for trying to leave the Walmart without paying for the 30-pack of beer, and a bottle of wine he had in his possession he explained by saying he (quote) "had to go play darts with his friends." adding that he had the money to pay for the stuff, he must've just forgotten. (on a side note, don't ever tell the IRS you "forgot" to pay your taxes, 'cause they don't think that's funny at all)

He apparently also forgot, according to that report that he had Xanax and Tramadol pills on him.

Mchan was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
