A bottle of prescription pills appears to have been stolen after an odd visit, according to Summerville Police reports.

Buna C. Brown reported to Summerville Police Officers that Miranda Nelms stopped by her house asking for pain pills. Brown told Miranda Nelms that she did not have, nor did she sell any pain medication. At this point Nelms stated that she needed some clothes and proceeded into Browns bedroom where Nelms began searching through her closet. After Nelms left the residence, Brown noticed that her prescription of Hydrocodone was missing from her purse, which was also located in the closet that Nelms was searching. No note was made of how many pills were in the bottle that was taken.
