Qualifying ended on Friday for Chattooga County’s four municipalities – Trion, Summerville, Lyerly and Menlo.  Lyerly had two incumbent town council members qualify with no opposition.  There will be one contested city council seat on the ballot in Summerville.  In Trion, there will be one contested town council seat and two contested races for the board of education.  Menlo’s mayor qualified with no opposition, but there will be two contested city council races.  See the complete list of candidates below:
