Coming up on April 30th "The Well" – a shelter for battered women and children in Chattooga County – will sponsor a night of fun and laughter at the Dandee Denson Shrine Auditorium in Summerville.

The first annual "Queen of the Well" contest will feature men you think you know – men like: "Little French Maid Johnson", "Trixie Maddux", "Cup Cake Patricia", "Loosey Goosey Lenderman" , "Breanna Beasly" and "Sha Sha Mosely."

All proceeds from the night’s events will go to the funding of "The Well."  The Well is a faith-based charitable organization dedicated to providing an oportunity for women who are homeless to acquire the skills to becom self-sufficient contributors to society.
