The Chattooga County Democratic Party will hold a breakfast – meeting coming up on February 12, 2011 at Pop’s Restaurant in downtown Summerville.  The meeting will get underway at 8:30 AM.  Local Democratic Party chairman Ricky Hughes announced that the featured speaker at the regular monthly meeting Saturday, February 12 will be R.J. Hadley.

Mr. Hadley lives in Conyers, Georgia and was a Democratic Candidate for the U.S. Senate and a delegate to the 2008 Democratic National Convention.  Hadley has worked in several fields including social services and has served as a court-appointed special advocates volunteer.  

Mr. Hadley attend Dartmouth College and has served as chief-of-staff for the Rockdale County Board of Commissioners.  Mr. Hadley and his wife, Dr. Tarah Hadley, have five children and attend Springfield Baptist Church.  The couple reside in Conyers, Georgia.

Hadley spoke at the 2010 Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner held by the Chattooga County Democratic Party in Summerville.
