The recording of a Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Judge berating law enforcement officers from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been released along with documents regarding a complaint filed by GBI Director Vernon Keenan against Judge Kristina Cook Graham.

The Rome News Tribune filed an open records request with the state to receive documents from the complaint which was filed in March of this year.  As part of the documentation released under the open records act, the audio recording that was taped in the judge’s office were released as well.

Judge Graham, then known as Judge Connelly, was upset with the law enforcement agents because reportedly she believed they were targeting her has part of a drug investigation.  GBI Director Keenan denies that Graham was ever the target of any drug investigation by his department. Keenan filed a complaint against the judge with the state Judicial Qualifications Commission based on the language the judge directed at agents in her private office.
