A convicted child molester has been arrested again on child molestation charges, according to records from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office.

Court records indicate that in 1990, a jury found Kenneth Lee Trammel of a Ridgeway Drive, Trion address, guilty of child molestation after he was accused of sexually assaulting a fourteen-year-old mentally handicapped boy.  Then Trammell was accused of molesting his own daughter after an incident in which he inappropriately touched the girl, who was twelve-years-old at the time, in front of the child’s grandmother.

Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader says that Trammel was just released from prison in May of this year and now is facing charges in connection with two incidents with children under the age of 10.
