Attorney Brian House of Ringgold has announced his intentions to run for the seat on the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit that is being vacated by Judge Ralph Hill.  House has been practicing law in the Lookout Mtn. Judicial Circuit since 1990.  He lives in Ringgold with his wife and dauther and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee. 

Judge Hill announced in April that he would not be seeking another term on the Lookout Mtn. Judcicial Circuit which serves Catoosa, Walker, Dade and Chattooga Counties.  Hill was originally appointed to the circuit by former Georgia Governor Zell Miller and has been re-elected three times to the position.  Hill cited his age and desire to do other things as the reasons for not seeking re-election.
