A portion of Little Texas Valley Road will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, July 14, to allow Floyd County Public Works crews to replace a cross drain. The road will be closed about a mile and a half northeast of Texas Valley Road from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Motorists should use U.S. 27, Sike Storey Road, Big Texas Valley Road and Texas Valley Road to avoid the construction area.
