The Heart of the Community hosted its 5th annual Heart of the Community Walk on Saturday. The group changed things up this year with the addition of a bike ride and river paddle. According to the group, more than $8,000 was raised and the money will go towards improving bike trails in Floyd County. This year`s honoree was Bob Moore, former owner of Bob`s Cycle Shop and survivor of a heart transplant.
