A Rome man was charged with child molestation by Floyd County authorities after he allegedly fondled a girl younger than 16, jail reports stated. According to Floyd County Jail records:Bobby Joe Lee, 46, of 1185 Burnett Ferry Road, was arrested by deputies Thursday afternoon.

He allegedly molested the girl between Aug. 1, 2010, and Jan. 20, 2011.
