A Rome man who police said set a woman on fire is now charged with feticide after the woman, who was pregnant, lost the child, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Terry Allen Guillory III, 21, of 81A Dodd Blvd., was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and first-degree arson on March 5. The feticide charge was filed Friday at the jail, where Guillory has been since his arrest.
The report did not state how far along in the pregnancy the woman was.
At the time of his arrest, Guillory was out on bail on felony charges of aggravated assault, possession of weapons during the commission of a crime, terroristic threats and acts and a misdemeanor discharge of a firearm for allegedly firing into a Roseway Circle home on Feb. 15.
