A twenty-four-year-old Rome man was jailed Monday on a felony kidnapping charge.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Michael Francisco Pascual abducted a female under the age of 16 from inside her residence and took her to a shed behind her house, holding her against her will.
The alleged incident occurred between 10:24 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 Monday morning.
Pascual was also charged with child molestation and statutory rape.
