A Rome man remained behind bars early Saturday morning following his Friday evening arrests on charges of child molestation.
According to Floyd County Sheriff and Jail records: Gregory Michael Agan, 49, of 2 West Linden St., was charged with aggravated child molestation and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, both felonies.
Agan is accused in warrants of performing sexual acts on, making sexual comments to, as well as making available and showing pornographic material to, a girl younger than 16, between January 2008 and July 2009.
