Emergency workers found a 66 year old Rome man dead at the scene of a crash in Floyd County on Thursday morning, but they don’t believe the man died as a result of the accident.  According to reports, 66 year old Marvin Frank Gentry may have suffered a medical emergency while behind the wheel which lead to the accident at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 140.  Emergency workers found the man unresponsive at the accident scene and transported him to Redmond Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 10:30.  An autopsy will be preformed today to determine the cause of death.
