Larry Dewayne Justice

A fifty-three-year-old Rome man who has had numerous run-ins with the law over the past several years was sentenced in Chattooga County Superior Court for violation of probation.  Larry Dewayne Justice was arrested back in 2016 for stealing a Bobcat-brand farm tractor worth $20,000.  In October of 2020, Justice was arrested for stealing a camper shell, laser level, stud gun, plants, a pressure washer, a cart, and iron from the backyard of a home and then selling the items on Facebook marketplace.  In addition to the theft arrests, Justice has had violations of his probation for marijuana possession.  Justice received a sentence of three years in prison from the Chattooga County Superior Court for violating the terms of his probation.
