The driver of a tow truck that was attempting to repo a vehichle in Rome has been arrested after a hit and run in the incident.  Yesterday, AM 1180 Chattooga County Radio reported that the woman at Azalea Village Mobile Home Park had been hit by the tow truck, it now appears that the woman suffered extensive injuries.

41 year old Tina Ferguson sustained multiple injuries in the incident, which took place around 11 PM Sunday.  She reportedly asked to see the paperwork regarding the repo and after an altercation with the tow truck driver, was knocked to the ground as the driver attempted to back his tow truck out of the driveway.

Ferguson was taken to a Chattanooga Hospital with a broken leg, broken pelvic bone, a broken hip and a head injury.  The woman reportedly fell under the truck as it was backing up.

Floyd County Police have arrested the tow truck driver, indentified as 41 year old Calvin Wade of an Rome, who is now charged with felony hit and run.
