The Salvation Army of Rome is offering emergency disaster training for those interested in our area.  The purpose of the training is to become credentialed to possibly be deployed by The Salvation Army for disaster service.  The training is open to any adult volunteer. 

There are three parts to the training:

  • Introduction to The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services.  – March 17th from 1 PM -5 PM.
  • ServSafe Food Handle – Saturday March 18th from 9 AM – 1 PM.
  • Safe From Harm – Saturday March 18th from 1 PM – 3 PM

The classes will be held at The Salvation Army of Rome at 310 Second Avenue in Rome, GA 30161.

There is no charge for the training and lunch will be provided on Saturday.
